time and price. Location/FacilitiesSoutheastern Overread Services
are provided in a 15,000 square ft. facility within the campus of Southeastern Radiology located on the corner of West Market
Street and Holden Road in Greensboro, NC. The facility, opened in 1993, houses the Imaging Center, Women’s
Center and Overread Services. Service Descriptions· Radiographic Interpretation Radiologic interpretation is provided by ten board certified radiologists. Exams are directed to
the specific Radiologist best suited to read a particular study. Since SOS provides overread services nationally,
some Radiologists are certified in states other than North Carolina including: Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas,
Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia,
West Virginia, and Wyoming.

STAIR STAIR Systems, Inc. based in Greensboro, North Carolina, was founded in 1996. STAIR addresses the
growing need for Radiology and Imaging Centers to increase revenue and productivity, while maintaining high quality diagnosis.
STAIR focuses on systems and technologies that allow medical imaging service providers the ability to effectively reduce or
eliminate the use of film and film-based support systems. The company has developed proprietary technologies to address these
issues and currently holds six United States Patents.
· Transcription SOS provides transcription services to all clients including SER. Imaging reports are transcribed,
mailed, e-mailed or faxed based on the client contract. All encounters, reports and attachments are managed, maintained and
transmitted through our secure Instar© Radiology Information System.
